Our guaranteed refund policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund. 

To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us via the contact form and request a refund within 14 days of purchase. We would appreciate a reason or points to improve on in your request, however, these will not hinder you from receiving your guaranteed refund. Regardless of the reasoning, we appreciate your effort to train with us and hope to work with you in the future.

Once your request is received, we will send you an email to notify you of the refund acceptance or rejection depending on the time period of the request from the date of purchase. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, normally between 3-5 business days.


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
